Hey, thanks for your inspiration. I have always wanted to try joggling, but was a little self-conscious about running around my neighborhood while juggling. For some reason it never occurred to me to try it out on the treadmill. So I found a treadmill with no one around, and had a blast joggling. It’s my new hobby, and soon I look forward to joggling in public. Thanks for the blog (I’m a regular reader). And good luck in Tampa!

Thanks for the kind word Kurt. Hopefully, you’ll get the nerve to try joggling in that 5K this summer.

another advice: put at least 1% incline if you emulate oudoor run or prepared for a marathon.

Have a safe running:-)

I usually put it on 0.1%. Perhaps I’ll try to make it a bit tougher. Thanks for the tip.
